Orders from £80 to £199.99 - £14.95*

For oversized or unusual items, we reserve the right to quote separately for delivery.
For framed items (fitted with glass), we ship orders with plain glass where we can and all items are packaged as safely as possible. For this reason, some items over a certain size require fitting with perspex for shipping.
For delivery outside of mainland UK we will provide a quotation on an order by order basis. Customs and import duties will not be included, if applicable.
In the event of any damage, fault, or shortage please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing admin@acgallery.co.uk
Please note we make all items by hand, to order. From order to despatch our lead times will vary between 14 and 28 days depending on many factors but all orders will be shipped as soon as possible. If you do need a piece for a specific date please let us know and we will always do our very best to help.

Should you change your mind following receipt of your order you can return any item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Should you wish to do so please email us at admin@acgallery.co.uk with a brief explanation as to the reasons for your request to return the items (you do not have to provide an explanation but we would appreciate it if you did). You must return the goods at your own expense, ensuring they are adequately packaged. We reserve the right to charge you for any deterioration in value if any item is returned to us damaged or in an inferior condition to that in which it was supplied.
