Here’s some useful information about the way we work and our typical delivery times…

Why approximately 4 weeks?
The quick answer: We make everything by hand, to order.
The slightly longer answer: Picture framing is the core of our business, and picture framing is an art in itself.
We take great pride in supporting a number of local artists across the North of England and providing a framing service that is second to none, backed by vast experience in our workshop (the majority of our framing team have been with us for over 30 years).
If we can get your order to you sooner than this we absolutely wiIl, it largely depends on the amount of orders we already have in production at the time. During busy periods it could be a little longer, but four weeks is a good estimate and all orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
If you choose Pickup: We will contact you directly, once your order is complete and available for collection from your chosen gallery. You can find all our opening times on our website - Please always contact us before travelling if you have not received a confirmation.
If you choose UK Delivery: We will notify you by email with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.
Our Process
We conciously only order what we need based on the orders that come in each week (this includes materials such as mouldings, glass, perspex and mountboard. Even many artist prints are printed and signed to order)
Why? It cuts down on a lot of unnecessary waste.
We don’t do mass-produced here and we certainly don’t have unlimited quantities of every picture sat in a warehouse collecting dust. Everything is lovingly hand-made to order by our skilled team of framers in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
We then carefully package all completed orders once every week so that they are ready for delivery - whether that’s to be transferred one of our seven galleries for you to collect in store, or for a courier to collect your order from our workshop to be delivered to you directly.
